The 2018 Wall Street Art festival in the south of Paris just kicked off with a new mural by the Japanese artist Hiroyasu Tsuri aka TWOONE. The Berlin-based muralist brought to life a remarkably large Egret, which once inhabited a nearby lake but within the last year has vanished.

About the Mural

Made possible with the support of the local MathGoth Gallery the lifelike design of the heron integrates TWOONE’s creative nature of installation and his ability to illustrate animals on a grandiose scale. The artist took inspiration from the local lake in Lieusaint, France, where these birds once dwelled but over the past year have unexpectedly disappeared.
Within the coming weeks  more artists are expected to be onsite painting murals. Stay tuned for more coverage!

About TWOONE

Hiroyasu Tsuri aka TWOONE was born in Yokohama, Japan. Drawing and crafting have always been a part of his life for as long as he can remember and he gained an early interest in art though skateboard graphics and graffiti culture. At the age of 18, when he moved to Melbourne he started showing his works on the street, and inside galleries.
In 2008 he hand painted one thousand individual spray cans, and had his first solo exhibition “One Thousand Can Show”. Since then he’s created a large number of works in the realm of painting, murals, sculptures, installations and live performances.
His murals are often grandiose images that depict animals and faces and showcases the artists interest for learning new mediums and techniques. Always surprising the scene with realistic illustrations that are life like, TWOONE is an incredibly dynamic artists of the 21st century.
